Discovery Session: We will use a life wheel to understand the areas in your life you are looking to improve upon, and fine tune the goals we’d like to accomplish in the 6 weeks together.

Identifying Barriers: We will name and tackle the mental blocks and limiting beliefs holding you back ie; the idea that we don’t have enough time for the things we really want to be doing. You will also receive a free copy of my guide, “How to Get Your Time Back.”
Weeks 3 - 4
Overcoming Obstacles

Vision Creation: We will work together to clarify what a fulfilling life looks like for you

Breaking Barriers: I will help you target easy and achievable strategies to dismantle these barriers we discussed in the prior week.
Weeks 5 - 6
Action and Accountability

Aligning Actions: Together, we will develop a doable plan to align your daily actions with your ideal life.

Reflection & Accountability: Review progress and set up accountability measures to ensure the success and continued progress towards your goals.
