6 Week Coaching Program

Is there something specific you want to achieve in the next 6 weeks? A particular goal or mindset shift you need ASAP? This program is specifically designed for you to see results quickly and jump start the motivation you need for longer lasting changes.

Weeks 1 - 2

Self-Discovery

  • Discovery Session: We will use a life wheel to understand the areas in your life you are looking to improve upon, and fine tune the goals we’d like to accomplish in the 6 weeks together.

  • Identifying Barriers: We will name and tackle the mental blocks and limiting beliefs holding you back ie; the idea that we don’t have enough time for the things we really want to be doing. You will also receive a free copy of my guide,  “How to Get Your Time Back.”

Weeks 3 - 4

Overcoming Obstacles

  • Vision Creation:  We will work together to clarify what a fulfilling life looks like for you

  • Breaking Barriers:  I will help you target easy and achievable strategies to dismantle these barriers we discussed in the prior week. 

Weeks 5 - 6 

Action and Accountability

  • Aligning Actions: Together, we will develop a doable plan to align your daily actions with your ideal life.

  • Reflection & Accountability: Review progress and set up accountability measures to ensure the success and continued progress towards your goals.

Ongoing Support

  •  Access to my resources and continuous guidance via email/text
